He also teaches an undergraduate course at DePauw University and leads sessions at the Canyon Ranch health resorts on “The Science & Skill of Happiness.”
A Franciscan Health, Inspiring Women Happy, Healthy Holiday event drew nearly 200 attendees to Sand Creek Country Club in Chesterton Nov. 30, where they were offered screenings for balance, blood glucose and pressure, bone density, body mass index, foot health and skin cancer, along with entertainment, refreshments and a wealth of information from expert speakers such as William Espar, MD, who is shown discussing heart health for the holiday season.
