Ken Reif Art Exhibit Reflects Love and Respect for Nature


Called “the Painter of Trees”, oil painter, Ken Reif will be the featured artist at The Village Gallery opening Sunday, September 24. Registration Open for Fall Classes & Workshops at Lubeznik Center for the Arts

LCA-Fall-Classes-and-Workshops-2017_01 Lubeznik Center for the Arts' (LCA) fall class & workshop offerings for children, teens and adults are currently open for registration. Weekly classes are available for those looking to develop new skills and workshops for those looking to flex their creative muscles. Offerings start as early as September 16 through as late as November 4. Classes fill quickly so all are encouraged to register early.

Vote for Your Favorite Gary Downtown Public Art Project to Win a Share of $67,000


Legacy Foundation and the City of Gary Redevelopment Commission will award a total of $67,000 for eight public art projects to be displayed at various sites in downtown Gary, Indiana. Your votes will determine the top artists. Proposals are exhibited online at http://legacyfdn.org/publicart.php. Voting will remain open until September 1, 2017 at noon.
